Csak a teljesség végett, hogy miért nem fogunk látni többször ilyen VAR beavatkozást:

The replay of the penalty last night was incorrect. According to the rule, a penalty has to be retaken if a player of both teams enters the box too early. However, this penalty is only retaken if the referee on the pitch recognises this himself. The VAR is not allowed to intervene in such cases. Because of the technical possibilities, the VAR could stop pictures after every penalty kick and measure centimetre overruns in the box and thus cause the penalty to be retaken. In order to avoid such situations, where penalties often have to be retaken, and to strengthen the referee's decision, it was decided to do so. The VAR should only intervene if an opponent who has entered too early prevents the attacker from shooting at goal. At first, one could think that Özcan prevented a Chelsea player from shooting by clearing the ball. However, the Chelsea players around him were not entitled to do so according to the rules. As Havertz shot against the post, he could not have shot again as it was an illegal double contact and also Chilwell who was close to Özcan was too early in the box. Explained rules expert Lutz Wagner.

    Eddig erről én se tudtam.....
