  Now when I know the correct procedure (tried several reflashes on my personal phone), I'm going to write it here as well. Plus I had to upload the file first, and I'm also not a robot and have to sleep, you know. I had to verify the method first, just to be sure people don't brick their phones again.
  So, here's the guide.
  What you need:
  1. Special A820T firmware, taken from lenovohome Chinese forum: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/30576042/Lenovo/rom/A820t_repair_touchscreen_20130515.7z – I have uploaded it in my dropbox folder and removed password protection.
  2. Some official A820 firmware, I have used S139 from needrom site: http://www.needrom.com/mobile/lenovo-a820-11/
  3. FlashTools, you can download it from this page
  - Extract al larchives into separate folders
  - Load A820T scatter file in FlashTools, turn off the phone and leave baterry in. Remove all SIM and external SD cards just for safety. Now click on preloader (not on the checkbox, but on the name inside FlashTools) and a prompt will pop up. Select the preloader from A820_S139 firmware (or from the version you chose on step 2). The phone doesn't start with preloader from A820T. Then hit Firmware->Upgrade and connect the phone to PC.
  - After you see the green circle, try to power up the phone. I have tried it on 2 A820 phones. One of them booted into OS, the other one was stuck at Lenovo logo, but both worked after next step.
  - Now turn off the phone again, load scatter frile from A820_S139 and flash the full firmware with Firmware->Upgrade. After that touchscreen should work normally.
  Thanks to lenovohome Chinese forums and Russian lenovo forums. This wouldn't be possible without them.

  Nekem nem indult el az A820 preloader-el sem, de miután feltettem az A820_S139 gyári romot, működött az érintő.

  Na keresgettem a fórumot, és találtam egy hasznos dolgot.
  Tyúklábas recovery értelmezése

  Szerintem külön fórum nincs, az egyes ROM-oknál van lehetőség hozzászólni. (vagy rosszul kerestem)
