  Dear Support,

  On march the 6th seeking Your promotion I took the given opportunity and had the battery of my Huawei phone replaced.(gondolom telefonról beszélünk) Order no. link, rendelésszám. Though ever since the swap the phone reboots in every 15 minutes the Romanian support who managed the replacement does not recognize its responsability. The phone worked properly before the battery replacement, fact also proven by the diagnostics made prior to the replacement, moreover, I was even warned that further fees may apply in case of eventual faults revealed by the diagnostics, which naturally did not occur.
  A respectfully ask You to help me place the responsability where it belongs and claim my legal right to a repair.
