  Any player is eligible for a one-time refund request for the Santa Crates they purchased. Please refer to Customer Support if you would like to have a refund, and please note, in order to prevent longer queue times, all purchases you want to refund should be in one request.
  
  We can offer you only Manual recovery. That is simply the manual removal of the goods obtained from the containers from your account and continuing with the refund of the transactions, obviously bearing in mind that all the goods obtained have not been used. (Keep in mind that this procedure may take a lot longer).
  
  So, I would ask you to return with the transactions that you want to make the refund, so we can proceed accordingly.
