  The x1300 radeon will get some of those chips and exactly borth RV516 and RV505.the current x1300 video card are based on 90 nanometre '' RV515 '' but it will be upadate as soon to the 80 nanometre RV505 . and as we said in older news The RV516 will remplace the RV515 witch built in UMC fab.
  
  The RV505 is builded by TSMC and has some caracteristique as the RV515 and RV516 chips.this card as well support shader 3 with 128 or 64 bit memory and coupled with up to 512 mb of Hypermemory.
  
  This RV505 is capable to work up to 600 Mhz but stock clock of the card is much lower.the production of those card is expected in the middle of September - [link]
