    I sent the item from Hungary via Magyar Posta Zrt. (Hungarian Post Ltd.). I don't know witch mail service deliver the item in your country, but it is trackable from international database. From Hungary we can track the package securely. By the informational system, "Item stored, addressee notified" because the officer did'nt know deliver it.
