  Érdekes problémával futottam össze, de az Iriver support megoldotta:
  
  This is the one solution that worked for me to get rid of this godrotting ''system files missing'' error
  
  Note:h10 5gb model US version
  
  1.) make sure your USB cabel is plugged into your mainboard. No HUBs or Front USB {because the rear USB is more stable}
  
  2.) Plug in your H10
  
  3.) located H10 in MY COMPUTER
  
  4) Right click on the H10 icon
  
  5.)Select Format
  
  6.)Check to make sure it set to fat32 then begin format
  
  7.) pop a cold one....and wait
  
  8.) after formating is done open iriverplus
  
  9.) use iriver plus to install new firmware, or download manual firmware
  
  10.) Boot her up and start transfering files!
