  Yes, you can transfer some or all of your PayPal balance from HUF into USD.

  Here’s how:

  Log in to your PayPal account
  Click Profile at the top of the page
  Click Currency Balances under Financial Information
  Enter the amount to convert in the Currency Exchange field
  Choose a currency to convert to
  Click Calculate to preview the conversion results
  Click Review Exchange to accept the conversion
  Confirm the transfer by clicking Exchange Currency
