Aggódni 45 nap után érdemes, akkor lehet mozgolódni, érdeklődni.

Mondom miket fognak copy-pastelni:

Ma reggel írt az eladó, ezt a választ kaptam:
"A happy day, I am very sorry because some of the previous operations have caused some changes in your logistics update. Now update the new logistics tracking number: LP..."Szóval új tracking számot kapott a csomagom, ami még csak annyit mutat a parcelsapp.com-on, hogy Shipment information received.
Kérdeztem tőle, hogy azért úton van a csomagom? Erre ezt írta:

Ebből azt hámoztam ki hogy az új tracking szám majd 10-15 nap múlva lesz használható, de ez csak tipp. Viszont akkora már rég ide kellett volna érjen az egész így másfél hónap után. Aztán mire átjut a vámon és a Magyar Postán..
Szerintem simán csak kamuzott és nem küldte el a cuccot, csak megrendelte a szállítást. Az meg egy idő után cancel lett, mert a szállító nem kapott csomagot. Így most rendelt egy újat..

Mennyi idő alatt szokott az ideérni? Banggoodos csomag, eu priority line. A nyomkövetés nem sok konkrét infót ír róla. Azt hiszem HK helyszínt írt, mikor végül megvettem a telefont. 3 éve vettem utoljára így kütyüt, akkor kb.10 nap alatt ideért. Igaz, akkor nem pont karácsony előtt.

A tiedet mindig a dhl hozta eu priority-vel? Én csak azt nem értem, miért a posta.hu-t írja a banggoodos shipping info, ha előtte még dhl-t írt. Január 6 egyébként a 15munkanapos határidő vége, szóval még ráérnek..Magyar dhl még nem látja a csomagom, a német ugyanazt írja, minta a posta.hu

BG rendelés, egy telefon, EU priority. Eleinte minden rendben a DHL trackingen, név és irányítószám stimmel. Aztán a második "The shipment has been processed by the sender. You will receive further information as soon as the shipment is received by DHL." bejegyzésnél már egy finn név és irányítószám került fel, ráadásul a csomag súlya 1.45 (gondolom kg), ami telefonnál nem reális. Ennek akkor már annyi, vagy még érdemes reménykedni, vagy valahova jelezni a problémát? Ha nem, akkor gondolom várni kell valamennyit, aztán írhatok a BG-nek. Köszönöm szépen előre is a tippeket. -

A YunTrack szám követés kamu vagy nem? Visszakerestem a topicban de nem eggyértelmű a válaszokból ítélve. Ami fura még hogy 14 számból álló track van a csomaghoz betük nélkül. Tapasztalatom szerint ez DPD legalább is BGről az ilyen csomagok DPDvel jöttek gond nélkül. A YunExpress oldalán elég kalandos bejegyzések vannak, a DPD oldalán pedig 03.09-el egy bejegyzés hogy az adatok bekerültek a rendszerbe és ennyi. TomTop rendelés és a TomTop a YunExpresst jelöli meg szállítónak. Nagyon kamu szaga van a dolognak.

Sziasztok! Ismeri valaki az alábbi szállítási módot? Meg voltam győződve,hogy majd jó sokára a posta lesz kegyes kihozni ezt a csomagot,erre ma a DPD futár hívott és hozta. Cseh országból kértem,de kínából küldte,viszont gyorsan ideért az országba még 1-je előtt,így nem ÁFÁS volt.Nem egy nagy értékű okosóra,pont ezért érdekes,mert 3 dollár körül volt a szállítás.Az óra ára is elég alacsony volt a többi kereskedőhöz képest.

November 23-án rendeltem a gshopper oldaláról egy Poco F5-öt. Eredetileg karácsonyi ajándéknak szántam, de nem voltak hiú ábrándjaim arról, hogy ideér-e, gondoltam próba-szerencse.
Tracking infót lentre bemásoltam, röviden a lényeg, hogy dec 3-án már Bp-n volt, dec 14-én pedig átadták a helyi futár cégnek (Express one? DPD? UPS?). Január 3-án kezdtem levelezni a gshopper ügyfélszolgálatával ahol első válaszlevélben leírták, hogy szállítás közben elveszett (lost in transit). Felajánlották a refoundot és a replacementet is. Sajnos a refoundot választottam (ez is január 3-án volt) azóta nem adták fel az új csomagot, tracking numbert nem adtak. Ha érdeklődöm náluk, hogy mi van, miért nincs még tracking number csak „sorry for the delay” üzenet van (máramikor méltatnak válaszra). Persze több fórum társ is időben vagy kisebb csúszással megkapta a gshopperes rendelését.
Számomra hihetetlen, hogy egy külföldi rendelés átutazik a fél világon és Magyarországon nyoma veszik…
Mi a tapasztalatotok? Indítsak refoundot paypalon? (szerencsére azzal fizettem) vagy valamikor észhez térnek?
