AdoredTV - szerint - másik I/O die kell.

"Matisse" is the complete package which consists either of one or two 7nm CPU chiplet(s) and the "desktop optimized" I/O die. This same "Matisse" package will not substitute one of the CPU dies for a GPU die.

There's a good reason for this - the Matisse "desktop optimized" I/O die lacks any kind of display output because it doesn't need them and they'd simply be a waste of space.

However this does not mean that a later package of 7nm CPU chiplet, I/O die and GPU chiplet won't exist. I'm quite sure it will in fact, and it'll have a "Mobile optimized" I/O die instead, with higher bandwidth for the iGPU.

It won't be called Matisse because it's a different CPU, same as Summit Ridge and Raven Ridge were also different CPUs and given different names. The I/O die difference counts now even if the CPU chiplet remains the same.
