    ELC-t akartam aktiválni, mert a korábbi kóddal megtetszett, de nem sikerült.
    Ügyfélszolgálat már válaszolt is a jegyemre:

    We appreciate your effort in contacting us regarding your concern with the bonus code. We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, those players who redeemed a Gamescom bonus code will not be able to use the codes in the event. Since these codes are in the same group that is why you cannot activate them. So far we have not received any updates yet regarding this issue. And our product specialists are still working on the issue to be fixed.

    We would like to request for your patience and understanding regarding this.
