    Remote Access Instructions

    For SRM:
    1. Please provide the Support Identification Key in Support Center > Support Services to us, enable remote access and press Apply.
    2. Enable SSH service in Control Panel > Services > System Services > Terminal.
    3. Tell us your temporary password for the administrator account on your Synology router.
    Note 1: The temporary password should not be too simple and must contain numbers and letters.
    Note 2: If you have set up 2-step authentication for the provided account, Please temporarily disable it.
    Please also enable Auto Block in Network Center > Security to enhance system security.
