    1) Your order is picked and a tracking number assigned.
    2) Goods scanned then shown as departed in Shenzhen. (this will be that last scan on your own tracking)
    3) Parcel is placed into a pallet with its own tracking number.
    4) Pallet Departs Shenzhen on a truck to Hong Kong airport.
    5) Pallet arrives Hong Kong and get customs clearance to leave.
    6) Pallet leaves on a AeroLogic Boeing777 cargo plane (BOX519 / 3S519) direct to Leipzig (Germany) they can sometimes go on the BOX513/3S513 via Dubai.
    7) Plane arrives Leipzig anything from 17:00cet onwards and the pallet is then transferred to another flight to go to East Midlands.
    8) Pallet arrives at East Midlands and the pallet is offloaded to get customs cleared, this is the part where the duty and tax gets paid so the goods can move freely around the EU as the UK has the cheapest duty and tax rates in the EU for mobile phones.
    9) At this point your Individual tracking will get a scan as arrived at East Midlands
    10) From this point on, your phone will get scans updating the location of the phone.
