EY Technology manages and operates all the technology we use at EY, providing quality service and business solutions to EY personnel worldwide.
OnSite Technology Services (OSTS) sits within EY Technology. We provide technology support to end users in person. We are the ‘face of EY Technology’.

* Provide exceptional IT support to our internal customers
* Give solutions to various technological challenges
* Supporting local and global projects and meetings
* Maintenance of end user hardware, software, and local infrastructure
* Assist with hardware and software deployment and provisioning
* Related administrative tasks, ticketing


Education

Relevant studies


Language skills

Strong English and Hungarian


We are looking for...

* Customer focused, result oriented
* Attention to detail, efficient, able to prioritize
* Good follow-up and communications skills


Work environment

Located in the centre of Budapest.


Professional experience

Required:
* 1-2 years experience gained in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of Windows, MS Office and general IT

Desired:
* Good understanding of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks
* Mikrotik/Unifi/Cambium administration
* In-depth knowledge of M365 Suite
* Linux / Windows Server administration
* Scripting & Automation
