Igen ilyen Chip van benne.Régebben már futtattam Linuxot Live CD-ről és nem igazán akart megszólalni biztos valamit csinálni kellett volna vele csak akkor volt elsőnek "fent" a linux.
A driver meg van(a hozzá kapott CD-n van) csak éppen egy darab exe fájlból áll ami Linux alatt úgye nem fog futna hacsak nem a jól ismert virtuális... programokkal.

Az érdekes az, hogy pl. a PH fórumhozzászólások görögnek lefelé rendesen, de pl. a keret tőle jobbra - balra meg összecsúszik. És csak akkor javul meg, ha leteszem az ablakot.

A ccsm nézegetése közben tűnt fel, hogy az effektek 100%-ra pörgetik a procit, majs egy ablak "remegtetése" közben úgy maradt a rendszer, Ctrl-Alt-Fx-re sem reagált úh. restartoltam. Most semmi baja, nem szőrösek a betűk, de az effektek továbbra is 100%-ra terhelik a procit.

Hol taláhatok vmi hibaüzenetet az előző fagyásból?

Feladatok, melyekre a szerver gép (a jövőben) hivatott: Sávszél biztosítása msn portjának, http-nek, esetleges korlátozások a webre, letöltőgép funkció (főleg torrent) (esetleg: ftp szerver a hely hálóra, kezdetleges mail szerver).

Pár éve megoldottam win alatt ezt a dolgot, talán valami hídkapcsolat kellett a szerverben levő két hálókártya között, itt viszont kicsit tanácstalan vagyok. Azt se tudom igazából, mire googlézzak, vagy milyen tutorialokat, howtokat bújjak végig...
Milyen ip-t állítsak be a hálókártyákon? Átjáró? router beállításai? Gépeken mi legyen az átjáró? vagy ez a része sima liba, dhcp a felhasználókra, és kész?
A fent felsorolt funkciókhoz milyen programokat érdemes feltenni? esetleg létezik valami komplett megoldás is?

Kicsit összetett a kérdésem, tudom, de már az is nagy segítség lenne, ha meg tudnám oldani, hogy "átfolyjon" a net a szerveren.

Hello felszeretném én is telepíteni az ubuntu-t ismerkedés céljából, de még a live cd sem indul el mert megáll ennél a résznél :

Running local boot scripts (/etc/rc.local)

A cd-t leellenőriztettem és nem jelzett hibát. Tudtok valami megoldást ?
Konfigomat megtaláljátok az adataimnál.

Sziasztok,

Van egy Ubuntu 7.10 serverem és egy asztali gép Ubuntu 7.10 és XP.

A szerveren samba fut, a Server -- Xp kapcsolat tökéletesen működik. A hálózatban megtaláltam a servert és tudtam mountolni Xp alá a hálózati meghajtót.

Viszont nem tudom hogyan kell ugyanezt Ubuntu server - Ubuntu desktop között.

Az asztali Ubuntun ugyanugy megtalálom a másik gépet a hálózatban és böngészni is tudom (a címe: smb://home-server/megosztas) viszont nem tudom hogyan kellene mountolni a smb://home-server/megosztas elérési utat, ugy hogy minden boot esetén automatikusan felrakja mountként.

Tudtok segíteni?

Másik kérdés:

Szintén mount. Lehetséges lenne az Ubuntu server telepítő cd-t mountolni, hogy ha telepítek valamit és cd-t kér akkor ne kelljen berakni a telepítő cd-t, hanem mountból beolvassa?

mikor be kell lépni a unichrome könyvtárba és azon belül a libs-be (pomm:~/openchrome# cd unichrome/.libs/)

nekem nincs unichrome könyvtáram,csak:

lefutott minden szerintem rendben...most az nem másolom be ha nem szükséges...
a bajom,h ezt a műveletet nem tudom elvégezni :
pomm:~/openchrome/unichrome/.libs# cp via_drv.so /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/

mert nincs olyan könyvtáram,h unichrome/.libs...

vagy ez nem is kell?elég átírni a xorg.conf-ba via-ra a drivert?
