  Thank you for contacting the Returns Department of Kingston Technology regarding your warranty claim. In order to process your replacement request, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please package your product securely by using a strong, padded envelope when sending your product(s) back to Kingston.

  2. Please Click on this link http://media.kingston.com/europe/rma/Freepost_Label_for_RMA_returns.pdf , print the International Royal Mail label and paste it on the package in order to send your product free of charge back to Kingston for exchange.

  3. Please include a copy of the attached RMA form inside your package.

  4. Please clearly display the RMA# on the outside of your package for easy identification within our warehouse.

  Once you have completed the above steps, please take your parcel to your local post office for shipping. You should obtain a proof of posting from your local post office, indicating you have sent your parcel back to Kingston.
